Synopsis

Noma My Perfect Storm is a feature-length documentary film about the renowned chef René Redzepi set against the backdrop of his Copenhagen-based restaurant, NOMA, voted the Best Restaurant In The World 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014. The story is not simply about a chef at the stove, but the balanced story of a man, who came from a disparate and humble background and against all odds, rose to the height of the gastronomic world and became a God of Food and one of the most influential people on the planet. It's a story about what it takes to be the best restaurant in the world, the sacrifices that are made and the pragmatic choices that are taken to maintain its success. It is a story of human relationships in which joy and sorrow blend to give birth to complex and vibrant meals.
