Synopsis
The film is based on a true story that happened to Crimean Tatar Saide Arifova during and after World War II: She saved 88 orphaned children twice - first from the Nazis, claiming that they were Tatars, and then from the NKVD soldiers who deported Crimean Tatars in 1946, having proved that the children were Jews.
