Synopsis
Set in backdrop of 1980s, Chitti Babu is a hearing impaired man who runs a boat for his livelihood in the village of Rangasthalam. But he becomes a crucial part of Rangasthalam politics where the politics of Rangasthalam ruled by 2 people and rivalry existing between the 2 people.
