Synopsis
Marathon swimmer Beth French wants to be the first person to conquer 'Oceans 7' in a single year - seven of the world's most dangerous sea channels - the equivalent of the seven peaks in mountaineering. Driven to be a role model for her autistic son, and by her battle with lifelong illness (ME), Beth confronts jellyfish, sharks, wild weather and reluctant skippers.
