Synopsis

Cuda, an aging hitman, traverses his twilight years in a modern and changing city - Miami. Under the glitz and glam, fast cars and neon dreams, there's a dark underbelly. Cuda works for Estelle, a strip club baroness who controls factions of the underworld across the city. She partners him with newcomer Stray, an ambitious bare-knuckle street fighter. Together they patrol the streets from Cuda's original 1971 Plymouth Barracuda. Cuda's sentimental core is tested when he meets Billie, a teenage runaway with nobody to turn to. She makes him think of his estranged daughter of the same age. Cuda's world is turned upside down when he discovers that Billie has been abducted by the same human trafficking network Estelle is a part of. Sex slavery combined with technology - a webcam factory where the abuse of its prisoners is streamed online to an anonymous audience on the dark web. Cuda realizes that his old school ethics no longer count. He decides that he can no longer be a cog in Estelle's machine; he may be cold-blooded, but there's still a heart beating inside of him. He confronts Estelle in a blood-splattered showdown where Stray's allegiance is tested. Going on a one-man rescue mission, Cuda takes on the city's most dangerous gangsters in an all-out war, bringing him to the brink of death.
